the core message of your book, of your authorship, of your motivation, of its value, in a sentence or two, in 30 seconds, in a minute, in an interview, in a networking situation, in a speech

- Translate your story into the language of the media and create a "buzz" for your book

- Block and Bridge 
— the exquisite technique employed by politicians and media masters — so that when you’re asked a question you doesn’t want to be asked, you can gently block it and bridge it to the answer that you prefer.


- Develop the Dirty Dozen —
the top 12 questions that you would like to be asked in interview situations, and especially master the Tricky Trio (what's your book about? why did you write it?, what's in it for the reader?)

- Discover the Book Shining —
an exciting upgrade to the typically dull, staid book signings.  The Book Shining is a mini event, an outrageous happening, in which the author “shines” in the eyes of the audience and creates a “shining” path for the audience to buy books.
