Presentations include:

Creating the Path to Your Next Position

Explore the barriers and beliefs that keep you from creating the path you want to travel to your next job, vacation or business venture. You will identify what these barriers are and how to remove them so you can move forward in a powerful way to experience success. Identify the 4 categories of limiting beliefs, pinpoint the role you play in stopping your progress, define your level of commitment, and create the next step to moving forward.

EGO: Your Roadblock to Self-Care

You are the sum of your collective parts – only one of which is work. Whether you’re headed for burnout or are already there, now is the time to decide to make self-care a priority by putting yourself at the top of your “to do list.” You’ll learn how to assess the level of satisfaction in 7 key areas of your life, identify goals you can set with no limits, and understand how the EGO sabotages self-care. You will leave with all the tools you need to set your transformation in motion.

Attitudes, Choices and Self-Talk

Are you “walking the talk”? Are your current activities in line with your values? Maybe it’s time to reflect on the following: What are the top 10 values that guide your life and career? What 3 values are you least willing to give up? What 3 steps can you take right now to honor those values? In this enlightening talk, Betty explains what factors cause you to tolerate a job you don’t like and shows how to use your values to determine what job is best for you. You’ll gain valuable time with an expert and the know-how to co-create priorities for your future.
