Find, Live and Share Your Natural Gifts and Talents
(Also referred to as The Gifts Game)

In this presentation Norma introduces audiences to the nine wisdom gifts that live within all of us. These gifts dictate how we view the world and how we best operate within the world.

 Norma administers an assessment that helps audience members discover their unique set of natural gifts and talents. Once the assessments are scored a game is played where audience members seek to find others with the same set of gifts they have.

 In this presentation, participants learn the important components that enable them to speak authentically, with ease and confidence. While there are certain basic aspects of public speaking that are important and will be shared, what makes an individual most engaging is when they speak from the style that is natural to them.

 The focus will be on five elements of authentic speaking:
