Leadership will improve and productivity will increase.

How to Deal with Gossip in the Work Environment

Are you dealing with gossip in your life? This conversation is eye-opening, as you will discover why people gossip and what is at the source of this behavior. What are people getting out of it and what is it actually costing them?

This talk is a must for every human being, regardless of your occupation, as gossip affects us all. And yet often, we don’t see ourselves as “gossiping” and instead, we accuse others of it! Every person in the room will discover why they gossip, what they get out of it, and what it actually costs them. Once they see the impact on themselves and others, a whole new world of possibilities opens up.

The audience leaves with a sense of responsibility committed to changing their personal and professional environment.

Human Behavior: DISC Behavioral Analysis

Do you ever wonder why you behave the way you do? In this conversation we explore what drives your behavior, how you’re perceived by others, how to identify other people’s behavior, and how to interact with different behaviors. We will focus on science, and also look at human behavior from the perspective of Carl Gustave Jung.

The audience discovers the four DISC behavioral styles—D for dominant, I for Impulsive, S for Steady, and C for critical—which unlock a new sense of awareness of the way they behave. If they choose, they can take the DISC questionnaire and become aware of their behavioral style. Each participant receives an in-depth report on their behavioral type when they fill out the DISC questionnaire.

6 Myths Business Owners Deal With

In this conversation we’ll explore the 6 Myths that get in the way of business owners and executives winning the game of business. The conversation starts with the way we listen and how our listening can limit what is possible. Then we will go step by step through the 6 Myths that people don’t see as myths, and thus are blind about. Once they become aware of the myths, they’ll be able to take action to alter specific issues in their business that will allow them to succeed.

What people are saying…

Thank you so much for the absolutely fantastic contribution you made to our Senior Service Networking meeting. Our group is now armed with lot of ideas on how to manage gossip in the workplace. You have quite a talent for painting a word picture in the minds of your audience. We certainly plan on inviting you back!”
– Brittany Swigert, Retirement Connection

“Amir brings a global perspective to local issues. His life experiences in the middle east and the US allow for a cultural wisdom that few possess. His impressions of Al Pacino are good but the authentic nature of his wisdom is what really makes him shine.”
– Ryan Miller, Miller Insurance

“We were privileged to hear Amir speak at the Metropolitan Senior Network meeting in July 2017 and we were immediately impressed with his style, technique and depth of experience. We considered it a “right time, right place” to hear him that day. Within two weeks we contracted with him and began our journey! His experience, knowledge and coaching style were far beyond our expectations!

“Our journey included not only business matters, but our relationships, communication styles in our husband/wife relationship, our parenting communications styles, and our business ownership. He coached us to increase our skill set on how to develop and distinguish between personal and business conversations and decisions.

“We have been empowered under his direction to change personal and business decisions. We are in process of retrofitting the infrastructure of our company that will put us on the cutting edge of our industry. Amir has guided and directed our paths to make wise decisions, invest properly in technology and instilled in us the quiet confidence necessary to make critical decisions. His use of the DISC has empowered us to new growth potential and the confidence to grow beyond our expectations!

“The success of our business has more than compensated for his coaching fee. We plan to continue with Amir for some time into the future! We are grateful we heard him speak that day at MSN.”
– Ron & Deborah Threadgill, Threadgill Memorial Service

“On a personal level, Amir took me step by step through the D.I.S.C. analysis where I discovered my personality strengths as well as weaknesses. Not only did he walk me through the analysis step by step, he also provided me with guidance on how to leverage my strengths while helping identify personalities triggering my non-strengths and what approaches to use in order to set myself up for success. Amir’s approach was remarkably in-depth, and his guidance was second to none. Amir also shared an exciting presentation to our Tualatin Chamber of Commerce Thrive guests, where he shared the following:

  • How to implement essential marketing strategies
  • How to handle and recover from breakdowns
  • Powerful business strategies
  • SWOTT Analysis and what to focus on

“What we learned that day was that Amir will be your conscience and mentor to keep you on track. As an expert in business and coaching, he will provide frank and neutral advice that may be difficult to find inside your workplace. What can I say? Amir is great!”
– Kate Johnson, Director, LegalShield
