OSHA Safety Compliance Consultant with 95% success rate in reducing claims shows how to create a safety program that boosts profits due to reduced claims, time loss and premium costs.

Are you tired of minor workplace injuries turning into major litigation? Do you want to lower your workers comp premiums with a safety program that really works? “One of my client’s annual premiums dropped by over $50,000 because surcharges were cut due to a reduction of reported injuries,” says OSHA Safety Compliance speaker Gary Heppner, who founded Risk Management Audits to help employers reduce premium costs and create safety programs that work. With over 25 years’ experience as an insurance broker, Gary’s eye-opening presentation shows you how to get your safety program right so your profits rise due to reduced claims, injuries and premium costs. “My goal is to give you a  well-run safety program that becomes a profit center instead of an expense,” adds Gary, who’s passed numerous OSHA Audits and has a 95% success rate in reducing premiums.

If you suspect some employees are gaming the system, or you’ve tried everything to create a safe workplace but still see too many reported injuries and loss of time claims, Gary’s talk is for you. He’ll give you immediate ways to cut injury on the job and keep first-aid incidents from turning into first-class lawsuits.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Stop the frequency of injury and loss of time claims
  • Lower your workers comp premiums
  • Avoid safety programs that fail
  • Implement a safety program that really works
  • Deal with your insurance company’s reluctance to investigate fraud
  • Spot employees who are gaming the system
  • Hold doctors accountable for getting paperwork done
  • Get premium credit for a well-run safety program
  • Speed up injury claims that drag on and never get closed out
  • Improve communication with your insurance company
  • Turn your safety program into a profit center instead of an expense

“Insurance loss control departments may tell you they can improve your safety program, but they don’t show you how to fix the problems,” says Gary, who specializes in OSHA Compliance Safety Programs nationwide. He can evaluate your current program, bring it into compliance with a “Mock OSHA Audit,” and teach supervisors and upper management how to maintain the program going forward. This reduces risk of litigation by as much as 70%, and if you’re facing litigation now or in the future, Gary can assist with your defense.

Roughly 90% of employers have not met OSHA’s “Injury and Illness Prevention Program” requirements, and if OSHA comes calling due to serious injury, you could be fined up to $18,000 for each violation. If your current safety program is based on “we hope we’re getting it right,” your supervisors and upper management need this risk-cutting presentation. Everyone leaves Gary Heppner’s lively talks knowing how to reduce injuries, claims and premium costs and create a safety program that really works.

Meet Gary Heppner…

Gary Heppner specializes in safety/OSHA compliancy, setting up safety programs and managing open injury claims in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. As an insurance broker and agency owner for 25 years, he handled a large number of workers compensation accounts, gaining expertise and experience that most safety consultants lack. He sold his agency in 1997 and has specialized in OSHA compliance ever since.

As a broker, Gary got to know many consultants who worked for OSHA, and after much research, as well as meetings with underwriters to get their insights and frustrations, he developed a program to help employers stay within OSHA regulations. Today, he has a success rate of 95% in reducing claims and increasing communication between employers and those involved in safety compliance, which translates into lower premiums for his clients and thus increased profits.
